And though there are any number of bloggers and commenters who attempt to keep their postings and responses on a civil level, all too often interactive Web sites descend into ad hominem attacks, insults and plain old name-calling. Indeed, there are even whole sites devoted to venting, such as justrage.com (one screed there was titled, “I don’t give a flying f***, so f*** you”) and mybiggestcomplaint.com.

While trolling forums, I stumbled upon these cute pictures of baby animals…err…intarnet baby animals. I looked into the illustrator a bit more, and found out that this guy made a collection of rhymes for babies.

Not sure how to explain the internet to your young ones? Presenting a series of nursery rhymes to teach children how to comport themselves on the online.

Everyone is talking about “The Chrome” now.

Naturally, if you don’t know what the Chrome is, you might feel a little left out. But no worries, we are here to fill you in. The chrome is Google’s new web browser that just came out today. See more info here: http://www.google.com/chrome/

So, as terrible as the public opinion about pitchfork media may be, Pitchfork TV is absolutely wonderful. They regularly stream interesting documentaries for a week, about all sorts of artists and genres, and lots of live performances and interviews.

This week, they’re streaming a doc by 2playerproductions about the chipset scene. In short, djs hacking game boys and other old school gaming consoles and creating awesome music. Highlights include a guy in the crowd dressed up as a tetris piece, a dj going absolutely insane at the start of chapter 9, and an album that’s hardware inside of a cd case (as opposed to a cd).

The stream disappears on thurs the 21st so check it out soon.
Pitchfork apparently lies about streams being one week only and the documentary is still up (yay!!!)

On that note, if you don’t catch the stream in time, they’ll be screening they screened their documentary @ PAX
